My name is Rosemarie, though most people call me Rose. I am an active-duty Marine with more than 11+ years of service. The values shaped through my military career show up in how I work every day: discipline, respect, accountability, and clear communication.

I watched videos, joined several mentorships, underwrote deals at night after work, and figured things out one step at a time.
